If your browser won't automatically open the stream in WinAmp, try this:
- Open WinAmp
- Go to the "File" menu, and click "Play URL..."

- In WinAmp, go to the "View" menu, and select "Media Library"
- In the Media Libary, go to "Online Services" and click on "Shoutcast Radio"
- Type "Effect Radio" in the Search field
